Well Weight Watchers is going well so far. I just completed my first week and attended my second meeting. I lost 4 pounds last week. I was hoping for more, but happy with those results. The program is aimed to help people lose .5 to 2 lbs per week. However, my personal goal is 2-4 pounds these first few weeks and then 1-2 lbs per week after that.
I’m also happy because I’ve convinced myself to work out for 15 minutes (at an intermediate rate) each day. On top of that we’ve walked to the park several times too, but I don’t really count that. I’m not as motivated today, but I think that’s because my little person seems to be having an “off” day. I really hope he’s not getting sick again.
We are checking out a new doctor next week. She comes highly recommended by several friends, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
Today we went to the zoo, but only stayed an hour. Just too close to lunch time and nap to really be able to stay long.
We don’t have plans for tomorrow… any suggestions?
