I've been trying to change the way we eat for a while now. Especially given my lack of weight loss after having S and N's cholesterol. So we've done better, but not good enough.
I recently read Dr. Joel Fuhrnam's "Eat to Live" and it's very in line with how I've been wanting us to eat. It's essentially vegan with few grains and LOT of raw food. But it's done in a way that's manageable for a family of four. (To be clear, I'm doing the "diet" and the rest of the family gets "normal" healthy food).
So, here are my first attempts at photographing dinner...
