And we are transitioning R out of daily naps. He still has a rest period each day. If he doesn't fall asleep during that time, I won't "parent" him down. I've been snuggling with him for a bit, then we let him watch a movie. I've taken away his TV time in the morning (they should only watch 2 hours or less each day according to the APA) and am giving it to him in the afternoon instead. I have to keep him quiet while S sleeps. So far, so good.
