We're baaaack!

What a great trip. We saw many, many family and friends and missed a few as well. Flying with two small children is not a lot of fun, but worth the hassle and expense. However, next year we may drive on our annual trip to mecca i.e. Kansas City.

I have been trying to stop saying "going home" as N wants to make MI our home. But it's hard with no family here and so many friends "back there". While it was great to get to some of my old "haunts" it really did feel like coming home when we pulled onto our street. I guess Royal Oak is home. Oh and I don't care if I don't have BBQ for months as we had our fair share. Can you say, "eat your weight in ribs?"
